INTRO
In collaboration with a client and third-party vendors, we designed an advanced Event Management System tailored for front-line staff and business units to organize customer events. The project aimed to simplify complex workflows, ensuring a seamless experience for diverse stakeholders.
The system had to accommodate intricate workflows across multiple teams. We conducted in-depth research to identify pain points, crafting six iterations of wireframes to refine user flows. This iterative approach allowed us to address challenges early, ensuring a well-aligned and functional solution for all users.

We leveraged a robust design system and detailed user flow charts to lay the groundwork for the first prototype. Close collaboration with the client and our team ensured a cohesive process, with each decision informed by user insights and technical feasibility, fostering an efficient design journey.

The system enables different levels of authority and business units to manage events and access insights tailored to their workflows. Real-time dashboards provide actionable data, while our simultaneous use of a design system and workflow testing ensured a robust, user-focused foundation for the platform.
